Payment Pages - Customer's Browser Requirements

Cookies

Payment Pages require the customer's browser to have cookies enabled. If it does not have cookies enabled, the customer will be prompted to enable them. A "Try Again" link is provided for smooth recovery.

Javascript

The pages and forms generated by Payment Pages do not depend on Javascript being enabled in the customer's browser. However, third-party systems such as an Interac Online bank website may require Javascript.

All pages appear the same whether Javascript is enabled or not.

Please note if the customer's browser does not have Javascript enabled, automatic redirection to Interac Online is not possible. Therefore the customer will need to click the "Continue Payment" button.
